Who is responsible for your information

Constellation Highway is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Questions or requests can be sent to [email protected].

Information we may collect

This may include information you send in an enquiry, information needed to deliver an agreed project, and limited technical records used to operate and protect the website or an application.

Where a Family Fridge household enables email recovery, the service stores the Primary User recovery email address and short-lived, single-use recovery records. A recovery email is sent only when it is requested through the application.

How the information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, provide and support agreed services, keep systems secure, diagnose faults, and send requested transactional messages such as a Family Fridge access link. It is not sold or used for third-party advertising.

Google and recovery email

The Family Fridge uses the Gmail API to send requested recovery messages from Constellation Highway. The integration asks only for permission to send email. It cannot read, search, alter or delete messages in the Constellation Highway mailbox or in a user's mailbox.

Google API information is used and transferred in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, application infrastructure and security services. Google provides delivery of recovery email. These providers process only the information needed to perform those functions under their respective terms and privacy safeguards.

Retention and security

Information is kept only for as long as it is needed for the stated purpose, an active project, legal obligations or reasonable system security. Recovery links expire and cannot be reused. Credentials used by the application are kept as protected service secrets and are not placed in public source files.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information Constellation Highway holds about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or ask for a Family Fridge recovery email to be changed or removed. Contact [email protected] to make a request.
