About
Founder-led product development.
Constellation Highway helps people move from a valuable problem, awkward process or strong idea to a structured working system—and, where the project supports it, onward to a tested, deployed product.

Systems Designer & Product Developer
Stu Robertson is a systems designer and product developer focused on turning complex ideas into coherent, testable working products.
His work spans simulation architecture, game systems, financial research tooling, persistent population models, spatial and world systems, rules-heavy digital implementations, product prototyping and technical documentation.
A recurring feature of his work is the use of explicit rules, authority structures, state models, audits, simulations and staged implementation to keep complicated projects coherent as they grow.
Constellation Highway applies that approach to real business problems and product ideas: listening for what actually needs to work, structuring it clearly, then delivering the right stage without requiring a full conventional development team at the outset.
That stage may be a prototype, an internal tool or a live V1. Where scope, time and budget support it, the work can continue through testing, deployment and subsequent iteration.

Have a problem, process or product that needs its next stage?
Bring the complicated version. We’ll define what needs to work, agree a sensible scope and identify whether the right next step is discovery, prototype, build or deployment.
